Value for Money

Most of us are happy to pay a fair price for products we purchase, including supplements and skin care products.  But, in the case of both of these products it is often difficult for a consumer to determine what a fair price is!

Most supplements and skin care products in the market place are produced to a price. However, our philosophy is not to develop our products to a price but rather develop and manufacture them for maximum efficacy with no compromises. This inevitably results in a higher cost of manufacture.

If we supplied Xtend-Life products the ‘normal’ way through distributors and retailers the cost to you would be higher than virtually all other supplements and skin care products on the market and out of the reach for most people.  To avoid this problem and to make them affordable for most people we have adopted a somewhat unique business model…for a manufacturer.

That business model is quite simple!  In a nutshell we supply our products direct to our customers world-wide in more than 40 countries and by doing so we eliminate the multiple high profit margins which apply through the normal supply chain.

Bottom line…far superior products to you at fair and competitive prices!

You can check out this for yourself with every product we produce.  If you need some help in assessing comparative value, complete our contact form with ‘Comparisons’ in the subject line and we will help clarify any issues.

Here are some simple hints to help you measure Xtend-Life health supplements against others:

• Check to see if the product has high levels of Vitamin C, Calcium or Magnesium.  Many manufacturers put high levels of these nutrients in their products as they are very cheap and help ‘bulk’ out the tablets.  As an indication on comparative costs many of the ingredients that we use cost more than 80 times that of Vitamin C.

• If the product you are comparing Xtend-Life with has herbals in it have a close look at them to confirm they are extracts and not just dry powders.  Many herbal dry powders may only be 1/50th or even 1/100th as active as an extract. Consequently they are a lot cheaper.

• In the case of both herbal extracts and other specialized ingredients such as Reservatrol have a look of the ‘actives’ present.  For example, we use a 50% potency reservatrol in the ‘trans’ form which is the natural type.  On the other hand some manufacturers use just a 5% ‘cis’ form which is a synthetic type and only has a fraction of the potency.

• Consider the delivery system.  Does the supplement contain ingredients which are damaged by stomach acid?  For example, L-Glutathione.  Does it contain enzymes which are critical for effective bio-availability for many nutrients as they help break down the nutrients to enable them to pass through the intestinal wall.  BUT…enzymes are damaged by stomach acid.

We use the most effective delivery system for each of our products.  If any of the ingredients are likely to be damaged by stomach acid we enteric coat the tablets.  This protects those nutrients as they pass through the stomach and release them in the upper intestine adding greatly to the effectiveness of the supplement.

This is a very expensive process and because of this it is still an uncommon one in the supplement industry.

There is also much more to consider when comparing value for money. We are willing to answer any questions that you may have to help you understand that we provide the best value for money.  In fact, we guarantee that our supplements are the best value.  If you can provide information to us that shows another product provides better value for money then we will give you a refund.

SkinCare products are harder to compare but if you wish to do a comparison with any, let us know and we will assess them in an objective manner.
